Don't bother calling if you're not part of their customer list already; they're not interested, even if you're needing an emergency visit. Charming really considering they told my mother who is on the customer list that they could help her immediate family (i am her on) if needed.

This is a fantastic garage, I would definitely recommend to others, particularly those who know nothing about cars, you won't be ripped off! Staff and receptionist are both friendly and efficient, I've had nothing but positive experiences since I've been taking my car to them!

Excellent MOT and Service from Fairfax, they were happy to accommodate moving my booking a few days prior due to changed work commitments. Thorough service with detailed notes on minor issues to keep an eye on and they even had access to the Mazda digital service records. Would definitely recommend this garage and will be my new regular.
