Was able to source medication other pharmacies couldn't in 24hrs for my ADHD child. Cannot fault at all. Very helpful on the phone and in person.
Will never answer the phone, cannot dispense emergency medication for a few days , it is not Fairbrother’s anymore, poorly run pharmacy.
Gone well down hill don’t know what they changed or are doing new but this not the place to go less you want to have them make a mistake like dirt they say we have already had our prescription then say it’s not come in yet then to be told it come in yesterday but they don’t know where they put it how can anyone dealing with such important things get it wrong so often I do not recommend this place one bit they were all amazing but now like they been told to run it to the ground best bet is to go to boots in town till they get there internal issues sorted
It used to be a good pharmacy, very poor now, long waits, disorganised, rude staff. I was jeered at today by the woman assistant, how cruel to make fun of people with cancer.
The pharmacy is very clean and the staff are extremely polite in person or on the phone I really don't use any other pharmacies
Fairbrother Pharmacy is excellent. We have had many prescriptions delivered over a long period of time and the service has been very good. Advice is most helpful and delivery is brilliant. Thank you.

Do not answer the phone. Give up after saying I was No. 2 then connected to ring tone now 35 minutes of ringing. Useless
I had a prescription for a liquid antibiotic for 7 days for my 5 year old daughter. As it turned out, the bottle only lasted 5 and a half days. I know there's a shortage of liquid antibiotics, but come on...
