I began using Fair Oak Pharmacy about a year ago for my prescriptions. They have been incredibly helpful & there has never been any problems.
The staff are helpful & although it is often busy, they are efficient.
Amazing service! Went out of the way to make sure my prescription was personally delivered as it was an emergency.
Then had a follow up call to make sure the meds were ok.
Couldn’t recommend enough
Appalling pharmacy. Unprofessional staff, they do not communicate with staff and blame patients for their failures. I’m a local and never using them again . I’ve overlooked issues before but this time i’m shocked and fed up with them. I just can’t trust them with any prescriptions anymore.
Went to there to get some tablets, got told I had a wait 5-10 minutes. Which was absolutely fine, 40 minutes later and still nothing was said to me. So I asked, they said they are waiting for the pharmacy to sign it. All they had to do was let me know that, instead they just didn't bother. So overall I had to wait about an hour.
The staff in here were extremely professional in their attitude and service. In many ways I felt the quality of service was like being in John Lewis. Well trained in dealing with customers. Well done x
4th Covid booster today and Fair Oak Village Pharmacy walk-in centre was superb. Far and away the best so far. No queue, extremely professional, kind and friendly. Thank You. Deserves more than 5 stars!

Despite the unrealistic expectations of many, the staff here work hard to provide a valuable service against a background of increasing cost, lower margins and long hours.
I'm grateful they are here as going to Eastleigh would be a lot less convenient.
I went in here and forgot my mask, the pharmacist was so rude and started going crazy and shouting at me. She then grabbed a mask and shouted “it’s £1 and you’d have to pay for this!” (which is a massive rip off as well). Everyone could hear her in the shop. I’m not sure if she shouted at me because I’m an ethnic origin. I forgot my mask and never refused to wear and agreed to purchase one, she didn’t have to be so rude. I didn’t get mad because I had to get my little girl checked up, but her rude behaviour and discrimination is not acceptable.
