This pharmacy is amazing! Amazing customer service paired with individual care to each customer. Sue is an amazing pharmacist and I wish I could give her infinity stars - deserves more than a 5 star rating! Deals with sensitive topics in a great manner as there is confidentiality where consultations are in a private room away from the reception area, making sure that you are feeling safe and happy. Will always come back here!
I had a great experience at Evergreen getting my vaccinations for travel.
As expected, there was a consultation fee, which was well worth the price! Sue thoroughly and patiently checked where I was going and what I needed.

Popped in today to sort out an emergency prescription! Sue was ever so helpful, friendly and sorted everything out for me as quick as she could. Even sorted me a flu jab while I was there to save me the trouble of going to my doctors. Can’t recommend enough!

I went to London for a couple of days and forgot my medication. I spoke to Susan at Evergreen and she guided me through the procedure for getting an emergency prescription. While I was waiting to get through to my surgery to arrange this, I was impressed by the way she couldn't do enough to help all the customers who came through the door, whatever their needs. I returned later that day to collect my medication. Thank you so much for your help in a crisis. I would recommend this chemist to anyone.

Very, very effective and efficient pharmacies with good knowledge, experience and understanding of how to handle different illnesses, people and situations. Their obvious knowhows drives a excellence Pharmaceutical service - in fact although I've moved I've kept the same pharmacy. On a scale of 1 to 10 they're 100 percent, see for yourself.
Consulted about travel vaccination jabs. Received the wrong information on the phone compared to when I went in person. Guy at front desk kept me waiting 20 minutes and then went off on a tangent about consultation fees for a service I was able to have provided in 5 minutes, without a fuss, at the pharmacy up the road (Greenlight) when I walked in. Will avoid from now!
