I have just called and bought a ham salad sandwich as I was walking by.
The sandwich was fine, as described but the girl that served me needs some serious training in customer service.
I was clearly an inconvenience to her.
So sad as it is my second poor experience with the employees.
Lovely food, butties are great, the cakes and pies are amazing. High quality and friendly staff. I've been a regular customer since it opened and will continue to be.
I have frequented this great little sandwich shop frequently since moving to Chorley, always great service and food I especially recommend the BBQ chicken and bacon crispy it’s amazing ????.
Disgusting. If I can give advice to anyone in the area, AVOID at all costs. Shocking food. Both Staff members are extremely rude, don’t run a business if you can’t even get the basics of customer service.
Have had a few deliveries from here, usually excellent. But today, the food was cold, bacon cremated and the eggs overcooked. Usually delivered in a box, but today just in a bag. For a 3 mile delivery. Won’t use again
Fuming. Walked in this morning to get breakfast, lady behind the counter but I was nit acknowledged. Stood there for 30 seconds waiting to be served ( Which i wouldn't mind if id of had acknowledgement from the girl who knew i was there) then someone the staff clearly knows just walks in the cafe, sticks his head through the door and puts his order in whilst I'm stood there just waiting for a bit of acknowledgement. I was ready to order, I understand you have your regulars but they don't automatically come before people who came into the cafe first.
Was really enjoying this cafe up until today, won't be returning, hopefully you can learn to treat new customers as well as old ones.
This place needs to step up a gear if the business wants to succeed!!! 12.15pm Saturday lunchtime, out of all pies and pasties only butter pies (except for 2, labelled as chicken and mushroom pies) left. 0pen till 3pm???
I bought the two chicken and mushroom pies. These turned out to be spicy curry flavour chicken!!! Definitely not what I wanted, furthermore, they were cold by the time the sandwich I ordered was made.....
The service is very slow. Appreciate everything is made up fresh but to wait unnecessarily for pies and a sandwich, it's going to be Greggs and Subway for me from now on.
Avoid poor quality food and service. Ham was left with fat on. Asked for no cucumber got cucumber. Short changed as well.
