It was my first visit last Friday. The two cashiers were very hospitable, friendly and helpful. One male cashier even let me try the cheese cake before I bought it on my birthday. It was really tasty and I was looking for the similar taste cheese cake for a while since my last visit to Lanzarote in 2015. The plain waffles are the best for children and the Polish bread was really nice which were recommended by some Polish customers I met in the store. I will come back again.
The best grocery store in Redditch. Very large choice of Central and Eastern European food products. The owner of this store is a man with a vision and knows how to develop his business. He's always very polite and helpful, same as the rest of the staff. I'm looking forward to the Polish coffee shop opening:) Keep up the good work.
Good choice of items. Probably the best supplied Polish store south of Birmingham. Even though I don't live in Redditch I pop in every time I'm there and I tend to spend quite a lot of money just to have a surplus of stuff I can't get in Worcester. Always happy to do shopping there due to the multitude of choices. You get some Romanian/Hungarian/Lithuanian/Slovak products there as well, so it's a nice expansion of their assortiment.
The polish people that work behind the cooked meat counter are rude and have no manners, they do not deserve any paying customers. They refuse to open fresh packs of meat for slicing but insist you have the dried up joints that look like they have been sitting in the counter for over a week, overall shocking service and they should know better but obviously they don't.
Tinned stuff okay. Watch out for bread as use by dates must have been changed since my loaf still had 5 days yet green on inside. 'Fresh' packed polish sausage was off when unwrapped same day.
A very good shop and lots of choices with quality produces, but I wasn't happy that lots of them han no displayed price or labels with English translation. How should you shop if you have just a set amount to spend??
Massive shop, everything very fresh and very friendly customer service, specially the lady at the deli ????????
