I am a regular customer at the fish shop, sometimes eating in, but mainly as a takeaway. I love it, frying my lightly battered large haddock is no hassle. Whilst it is cooking there is always friendly banter between myself and the owners. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. Good value for money. And being able to park directly outside the shop door is an added bonus.

All cooked fresh to order, will skin the fish if needed which many local shops will not attempt. Lovely and clean and lovely service with a smile from the owners, nothing is ever too much trouble and reasonably priced too!
Ordered 2 large fish, fish cake and 2 large chips. The fish was very nice but the chips were terrible, greasy reheats and cold. Big no no for chips. Sorry!

Best fish and chips in Scunthorpe bar none.
They will cook chips in vegetable oil if requested which is good if you are a vegetarian or have an issue with beef dripping, however, personally I do not like the quality of the fish and chips from here, they are not bad but as I originally come from a fishing town this one is just an also ran and if it was located in a seaside town it would close.
Even in Scunthorpe and close by there are significantly better shops.
This review is based on trying this Fish & Chip Shop over 10 years and it has never changed has two stars because it is consistent.
First time i have used this fish shop was not disapointed lovely fish and chips will be calling again
