I would highly recommend this garage. The customer service is excellent. Everyone is professional and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. The prices are fair and competitive. As a female going to a garage it can be stressful as I have been ripped off on numerous occasions. I have found them to be trustworthy, honest and approachable. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. ????

Booked my van in for the first time for its first MOT in the Pontardulais branch today. They fitted 2 new tyres...Received a fast, friendly service from Cy and Jamie. Would highly recommend using this garage.
The guys at this garage are amazing! They are always willing to help as much as they can. They put the customer first every time and have been so friendly and chatty when I have been there. I recently put the wrong fuel in my car, I had my two babies with me and they fixed it straight away for me, even though they were closing an hour after I mis-fuelled. I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you so much guys!

Everyone that helped me with my car was absolutely amazing and very friendly, done the job absolutely perfect and I'll definitely go there for any future work.
I had a bad puncture on the M4 and drove to the nearest garage to get a replacement tyre which was ETB. I arrived shortly after 1pm and the mechanic confirmed the puncture and priced up a new tyre for me which I agreed to.
The mechanic said he couldn’t get my locking wheel nut off and it was too tight and proceeded to use different tools. His final attempt was to use a socket which got stuck on and he couldn’t get off.
As it 2pm, the staff started shutting down the garage as they were closing and the mechanic asked if we had recovery as they were closing and he couldn’t get the socket off the wheel and that I needed someone to come and weld it off. I was in such shock that a garage could cause such a mess and just close for the day leaving us stranded.
After spending all evening searching for a mobile mechanic to help us rectify the situation, we found someone who was able to come to the car to be told firstly, welding would have damaged the wheel so he would not recommend and then continued to take the wedged in socket and supposedly tight locking wheel, off the car.
If ETB staff had said to us that they were closing soon and were unable to complete the job, I would have much preferred that and understood. Instead of making the situation a lot worse and then locking up and leaving
