Recently visited ETB to have the wheel alignment completed after having brand new tyres on the same day. First visited on 28th October and then went back on 30th October because the steering wheel was off centre. Not even a month later the tyre is completely worn on one side. Been back a third time and there is no record of tracking being done on their system and no print out, they’ve refused to replace the tyres so I’ve had to pay for new tyres myself. Today I’ve been to Harris brothers to have the wheel alignment checked and they confirmed the alignment was way out. (Pictures attached) which also cost me another £70.
Awful experience when I called to arrange for my car to be booked in, spoke with a ‘gentleman’ (I use that term very loosely) named Steve, after being asked to call back for Steve to book my car in (I was told he was on break) for Steve to shout at me down the phone that he wasn’t going to book my car in for the work to be done with them and told me to take my car elsewhere - the swearing and shouting was completely unprofessional, as a victim of domestic abuse I found his behaviour extremely triggering. I was given no explanation to why the works couldn’t be carried out just received a barrage of expletives and being shouted at that my car won’t be touched by them. After seeing these other reviews (which I didn’t see before trying to get my car booked in) I am glad Steve didn’t book for the work to be carried out.
I want to thank all the team at ETB Autocenter - Tyres a MOT. for all your help when I damaged my wheel . They went out ov there way to come out to help me to repair my tyre and when it couldn't be fixed by the road side. The manager helped me get my car back to the garage. Steve on reception went out of his way to help. They where thorough and efficient with my Mot.
Everyone there where so kind and helpful.
I will definitely by using you company for all my car needs in the future.

Outstanding service, called them and they fitted me in straight away 2 front tyres and tracking. Bargain price can't fault them!
Many Thanks! My car developed a problem on the M4 yesterday, but was able to drive to ETB Autocentre, Llansamlet. Steve and the team got us back on the road in no time at all. We arrived at our destination safely and on time.
Disgusting service. The way they treat the rims is terrible. The fitters are a half a job because they can't be bothered to do the job. The way they stuck the weights on was an eyesore looked like a child done it. Only when I got home I realised they had also damaged one of the rims from pulling the tyre off after wiping away about a ton of tyre paint.
I highly recommend this Garage. Stephen and Peter just know there stuff and always deliver 5 star service. Thank you.
