I took my car in for tyre checks and tracking adjustment. Not knowing anything about cars, I hate garages but this was a completely different experience. The 3 people that I spoke to, Perry, Lisa and Lewis, allayed any fears, were completely professional, didn't try to get me to buy more expensive tyres, courteous, very customer orientated and very, very efficient and the job was done within an hour. Superb service. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you.
After a shaky experience at a national exhaust centre nearby quoting £1000 for unnecessary work, I went to EBT. They were so kind and helpful, professional and extremely reasonably priced, I was stunned. Very nice people, thank you.

Friendly and helpful staff, worked quickly on my car getting new tyres fitted. Reasonably priced. They have some kind of association with Davanti brand tyres, but also stock others.
Lewis is a really knowledgeable person and a credit to the store, always in get the job done and he does not treat you like a stupid woman attitude he's great, the value for money is terrific the service is brilliant absolutely can't complain definitely 5 star, thanks Lewis you deserve an award for all your hard work ???? ????
After ordering a tyre to be fitted at 11am today at Five acres garage, only to be told it would take at least two hours, I drove to ETB Cinderford ,who fitted one in fifteen minutes, while I ate a magnificent pasty and coffee from Ross pastries near by.
Brilliant service once again.
Four tyres needed,very good price paid..
