Best KPortal Reviews

If you are visiting this place for the first time, be very careful about parking issues. A total of 30 minutes of fueling up, buying snacks and water, paying, using the toilet, ordering at Burger King, waiting, and eating a burger.
You have to pay an extra penalty £60-100 if you stay over 15 mins because they have allowed a parking company to restrict your visit to 15 minutes. Will never visit this place again.
There is a high risk of entrapment. BEWARE.
Fine for petrol etc but do not bother using this place for Yodel drop offs. I've been in several times and been told they are full and based on other reviews I'm not the only one. Recently I had this confirmed when I went in with 3 parcels and was told they only had space for 2, then I watched as they promptly took a large parcel from the customer behind me - when I challenged it they just dismissed me and looked over my head to serve the next customer. Will not be going back here and have changed my Vinted preferences to avoid using Yodel as a result-rude, lazy, unhelpful for anything except fuel!
I have used this filling station for years but not anymore. The reason is because they have allowed a parking company to restrict your visit to 15 minutes. Considering there is a large shop and sometimes a queue, there is a high risk of entrapment. BEWARE.
Rude and ungrateful employees. Didn't even have the courtesy to thank me for delivering a parcel that was delivered to us in error. Won't bother next time.
Been in twice to drop off a Yodel parcel to be told they are full and can't accept any more. Waste of time!
I go in at least 3 times a week, convenient location to and from work, also nice to grab a burger king, shop is always clean and stocked though I don't buy anything it's too pricey, staff seem abit off but are ok, it's not conversation your after when buying fual, floor around pumps need a abit of a clean or some sand, sometimes slippery, never used the aforementioned toilets, or pick-up points, since I live in a house and can pee or poop in peace there whilst I wait for my deliverys, 4 star since they make me fill my own tank and don't bring me my bergers, just can't get the service nowadays gerrr
if you need to drop of a parcel, Dont go to this place, as long as its taking money for fuel and things and paying by card thats all there intrested in, ive been in there three times on seperate occasions to drop of a parcel and each time they say there lockers are full, more like they cant be bothered with it, i think the people that run the drop of boxes need to look at what is going on here, it seems as long as there taking money and not having to put themselves out then thats ok, no customer skills what so ever.
If BP ( previous petrol supplier) employ someone from a village in India who barely speaks English and display no manners , I am happy to throw my BP card out.
BP made the excuse , after my complaint , that the petrol station was run by concessionaires .
Good riddance BP
