What an incredible service!
I've just returned from being rescued by Nick, 112 miles from home and on a cold, dark road a few miles from the Suffolk coast. This review is an easy 5-star. Nick's service was first class, and (should I ever (unfortunately) break down again and not have cover, I would contact Essex and Suffolk Breakdown Recovery in a heartbeat. Nick drove out from Ipswich (about 40 mins) and kept me updated on his progress. He was quick, super polite and very professional. And the best part; was it was the most reasonably priced of all the quotes! He dropped me safely back and even put me in contact with a local mechanic.

Nick was a delight to deal with. I contacted him for a quote to deliver our car to a garage in Stowmarket and he quickly worked out a very competitive quote. I cannot thank Nick enough for his kindness and professional service at a very stressful time. I broke down and I was very scared as my vehicle was dangerous and I was vulnerable. He was efficient in rescuing me, he was so organised during the whole process. He took my vehicle to a garage, offered to take me home and check that my second vehicle would start so I could use for work. He made me feel safe and looked after. I highly recommend his service. I called Nick today to see if he could help me as my car had broken down in Felixstowe and had to leave it there overnight, he was so nice and helped me within a few hours, he made it so easy and convenient for me taking away all the stress. He was incredibly efficent and have now saved his number in case we need him again, I won't use anyone else other than him, thoroughly recommend.
The service was top quality and excellent value for money. My car was stuck in a muddy field on the other side of a ditch and was recovered very quickly and without additional damage as they took great care with winching. Would definitely use these guys again if I need a tow or recovery.
Within 45 minutes they had turned up when we hit a big pot hole. He was wonderful, we got the car back home and gave us great advice. Can’t recommend him enough. Thank you so much for helping
