We arrived for brunch on Sunday ordered the same menu for 3 of us and one burger. Also asked for drinks for starters.... nothing ever arrived! We waited for 1 hour and only bread with jam honey butter arrived. And the other tables were free, only us 4 people and other table of 5 people. Neither us nor them ever got surved! We left the place after 1.5 hour without being surved. Situation looked like the place definitely being understaffed. Nice concept, love the cinema topic in the restaurant but better management and more staff is needed!
Terrible Brunch Disaster at Entr’acte
Our experience at Entr’acte this Sunday was beyond disappointing. Arrived at NOON to an almost EMPTY restaurant, expecting a quick and enjoyable brunch. Despite getting a table for our group of 4 within 5 minutes , everything went downhill from there.
20 MINUTES passed, NO DRINKS. We ordered our food hoping for improvement. WRONG DECISION. 40 minutes later, STILL NO DRINKS OR FOOD. After an UNACCEPTABLE 1 HOUR AND 30 MINUTES wait, with ZERO updates and NO APOLOGY worth mentioning, we demanded our food or threatened to leave. The waiter’s response? NO CLUE when our order would come because apparently, a table of 5 was ahead of us. How, in an almost deserted restaurant?
Enough was enough. 1 HOUR AND 30 MINUTES, NO FOOD, NO DRINKS, NO EXPLANATION. We cancelled and left. DISRESPECTFUL and UNPROFESSIONAL to the core. Entr’acte seriously needs to reconsider their service approach. We will NEVER RETURN and advise all to AVOID at all costs.

Nous avions réservé pour 2 personnes et sommes arrivées à 12:30 pour bruncher.
Nous avons commandé 2 x le même brunch et avons été servi du pain et de la confiture 1 heure après notre arrivée . Les boissons sont ensuite arrivées à 14 h et pour finir, le reste du brunch nous a été servi à 14:30. Nous avons donc attendu 2 heures complètes pour recevoir notre commande entière.
Je tiens à préciser que lorsque nous sommes arrivées, seulement 4 tables de 2-4 personnes étaient prises.
Cela pour la modique somme de 70 CHF.
Je comprends bien que ce soit du fait maison mais 2 heures d’attente …
C’est bien dommage car la nourriture est plutôt bonne et la carte très sympas.
Peut-être faudrait-il engager du personnel pour servir les clients plus rapidement ?
The food was good and the service was excellent. My server’s name was Francis and he was very welcoming, helpful and nice. Makes it a comfortable place to eat at.
À 20h sur réservation pour 2 personnes, ils n'ont plus de lasagnes, aucun burger disponible, plus de salade, ni de burrata... on l'apprend évidemment à chaque prise d'une nouvelle commande. Le serveur est d'une nonchalance. Tout le monde avait l'air d'avoir la flemme, on est parti.
Superbe expérience de brunch. Je recommande vivement !
