I inquired about transporting my broken car from home to the garage (less than 1 mile) the day before the scheduled repair. On Wednesday 6th Sept 2023 travelling in my Petrol Audi A1 to Torquay and nearing the end of a 138 mile trip the car started to misfire and the EPC sensor and the engine management lights came on and put the car into limp mode. When I arrived at my Hotel, Mike from Enfield Auto Recovery attended and diagnosed the problem and reset the system and kept me informed of the fault.
This enabled me to make the return journey two days later with no issues. On phoning the company for a clarification of the fault I found they were very helpful.

Tom is a star, I was stuck in mud against a tree, with a rwd sprinter, all the companys I spoke to said it was to hard for them to do and I would need a special truck to come out, up pulls Tom goes this looks hard let's see what we can do, with a bit of brain power my van was free in seconds with no damage whatsoever very happy
