Great fish and chips cooked fresh - although you will have to wait! Or order in advance. Service was very friendly. Medium cod was a good size and tasted delicious. Shame the price for fish and chips has gone through the roof but that's a UK-wide problem and prices here are about average for London.

Found this plaice recently and it has been an absolute revelation. The food is amazing, always nice and fresh, the wonderful pair running it are always a delight to talk to, the prices are very good and overall it just feels like a very homely plaice. The wife and I take the liberty to visit as often as our diets allow. Everything we've tasted so far has been a delight! Visit once and you will surely come back. It has instantly become my favourite spot in East Dulwich for good food and wonderful chat, I can't praise them enough!
Such a lovely run place. Welcoming & kind owner was so accommodating when we asked if we could get seats there, as we had a family get together.

Though this may only seem to be a chippie it's more than that. You couldn't ask for nicer people who own and run it. You can always expect a warm greeting wither you are a regular or new patron. Yeah you may have to wait for your chips as tend to be cooked fresh but it's worth the wait plus you can chat about anything while you wait. We love going there every time
