I’d give less if I could. Rude staff. Didn’t complete job properly and I took it back twice and fitted it with subpar equipment. Don’t waste your time with these cowboys. Cost me thousands these lot !!

I have been using the Ellesmere Port Garage Services for 1.5 years now and I highly recommend it! Ian, the owner goes out of his way to help me every single time.
I honestly can’t thank him and the guys enough for always going the extra mile to help me when I need it. My car broke down a couple of times, once at my house last year and the second time last month when I was in Ellesmere Port. I called Ian to tell him that my car would not start and that I did not have a breakdown cover at the time so had no idea how I was going to get the car over to the garage and he said not to worry, and has kindly driven over with one of the mechanics to my house the first time and to the location where my car was parked at in Ellesmere Port, the second time and managed to get the car to the garage, promptly told me what the issue was, gave me the quote and fixed the car the next day! I had the new alternator fitted in my BMW 3 series at this garage, broken pulley bolt removed and replaced with a new bolt and aux belt, the start-stop system fixed and I get my annual MOT done here too.
I am really happy with the service I receive from them each and every time. Ian and the guys are friendly, helpful and genuine. They are professional, reliable and honest. There is no messing about!

Most recently a very tricky situation where my dash from my Vw transporter had to be sent away and a few weeks later the company it went to had gone into liquidation leaving the garage & myself in despair ????!
