Attended a week ago as this place was recommended to me for having a variety of cakes. Drove 40 minutes to be dealt with rude unprofessional staff.
All cakes are on display without labels so naturally as a customer you would ask for the flavours/fillings. There were many options so I asked a few times… the lady was disgustingly rude and began speaking in her language to her coworker with attitude… very strange. (If you don’t know how to communicate with humans it’s best you have labels to save you the hassle to speak to people)
I then picked a cake and asked for a happy birthday message to be written on top, the writing on top looked horrible. I tried to take a photo and she moved the cake.
The lady with curly hair (that did the writing) offered me a new cake as I was waiting a while now. The other lady who was the one with attitude problems refused to give us a new cake and said she won’t be able to sell the cake to anyone else although the staff ruined the cake themselves. She kept telling me “I am not trying to piss you off” seeing how frustrated I was and making me wait longer.
I also had picked a quite a few more items for my drive home but left everything and walked out.
Will never come back or recommend to anyone unless you want to deal with u professional staff. Save your money
Had a nice sweet from here. Not sure where They are from i thought it was greek but I think it's Albanian. I didn't know Albania had such nice sweets shame I live too far.
Need put more table inside or make space for eating good design but too much fridge no place to seat , more sweet food or snacks food ????????
Nice pastries and very pleasant staff.
The Fredo espresso perfect the best coffee I drink at the area...the ham and cheese pastries is good..

The spinach pie is not tasty anymore, very dry and old, the same for the sweet bread, it's not sweet nor fresh.
This bakery started going downhill I'm afraid and I was driving for 40 minutes to enjoy all the pastries, sweets and bread. The bread was also like 3 days old when I bought it, it was very hard and tasteless.I am very disappointed, I hope they will bring back the person who was baking everything before. Because there is no way they are using the same personnel in their kitchen area, everything is horrible.
