Toolkit my car in to fix my n/s/f wing amd bumper. Asked to have the o/s/r door polished. Didn't polish the door and there was 2 scratch marks on the bonnet. When I went to pick the car up, Chris swears blind he polished it. And you could obviously tell that he hadn't done it. And the 2 scratch marks on the bonnet, which he says they were there before. Which they wasn't, I'd never use him again he's a dishonest person from a professional business point of view.
Chris and his colleague have done a brilliant job in repairing a badly damage door and wing on our 2020 Lexus. The quote, work carried out and completion time was spot on and we've already recommended friends to Elite Body Repairs. Much appreciated Chris.
