Es war ein tolles Erlebnis. Ich hatte gestern das grosse Menü. Die Kompositionen waren hervorragend abgestimmt und sehr schön präsentiert. Ich wurde vom Gastgeber und seinem Team kompetent und herzlich durch den Abend begleitet. Die seine haben sehr gut gepasst. Ich hatte ihnen wunderbaren Abend.
Sehr gutes Essen, toller Service, besonders toll wurde mit Allergien (Glutenunverträglichkeit) umgegangen - das Menu konnte ohne Probleme angepasst werden. Vielen Dank, wir kommen bald wieder!
Ich kann dies Lokal wirklich empfehlen!Das Essen war nicht das Einzige, was in diesem Restaurant für große Augen sorgt! Ich versuche in der Tat ungemein gerne neue Lokale aus und bin andauernd auf der Recherche nach neuen Lokalen, aber diesem Gasthaus werde ich ergeben bleiben.Das Local ist klasse mühelos zu erreichen! Die gute Verkehrsanbindung macht einen Besuch flugs möglich.In dem Lokal erhält man beides: Sympatische und flotte Ober.
Ein absolutes Muss für Freunde der mediterranen Küche. Netter und zuvorkommender Service. Schönes, elegantes Restaurant mit Blick in die Küche.

There are simply not enough stars for a restaurant like this. It more than deserves its Michelin Star. The food and wine we experienced were perfect in every way. No expense has been spared on the modern decor, and the friendly staff were brilliant. Easily the best restaurant we have visited in Lausanne.
Très bon restaurant. La cuisine est très fine et la présentation impeccable. Le service est excellent et le personnel compétent et sympathique. Nous avons particulièrement aimé les 2 entrées qui étaient très savoureuses. Nous avons été également bien conseillé pour le choix du vin. Les plats étaient bons, mais auraient mérités un peu plus de saveur. La carte des vins est très complète et le choix d'alcool fort est très intéressant. Le prix est un peu élevé à notre goût.
Wonderful service and delicious food. The dishes were flavorful and yet the sauces were not overpowering and allowed you to truly savor the quality of the ingredients. Our waiter was fantastic! The first wine we tried wasn’t to our liking, so he brought another one and it was spot on! Simple design makes it feel relaxed. Pricey, but worth it.
