Having read their - concerning - reviews, I felt it would be prudent to call before dropping off several items for cleaning. I was, to say the least, disappointed in their response: the first, from their South Kensington location could be best summed up by 'Couldn't care less' and this was reinforced by a (nameless) person at their head office who effectively said that they 'could charge what they liked' and had 'no intention of addressing the critical Google reviews from customers'. No wonder their Kensington shop has closed! One less regular customer here then.
Outstanding service and very high quality results for special care fabrics. Masood in particular is always very responsive and efficient. Delivery service is highly appreciated. Five stars.
Terrible service from this branch and across the business. Failed to recognise the mark they'd created on a very expensive item of clothing due to using chemicals too harsh for silk. Virtually impossible to get a call or email back and any responses require an in-store visit. Considering this is the most expensive dry cleaners in London who pride themselves on cleaning high-end clothing, I found them to be rude, uninterested and completely unsympathetic. There are plenty of other establishments who would do a far better job at a fraction of the price. Take your clothes elsewhere!
I was stupid enough to put a sticker on to the lapel of a recently purchased leather jacket and, when I removed it, there was a perfect circle of white residue left there. Gah! I took it into Elias on Glendower Place this morning, thinking it would need to be sent away and would cost a fortune, but the delightful gentleman in there said he'd run it downstairs to see what could be done...5 minutes later I was presented with a perfectly restored lapel, and he charged me even less than he'd told me he would! Amazing customer service. I don't live in South Ken but the next time I need anything leather or suede cleaning, I'll be making a special trip to go back. Well worth it. Can't recommend enough!
Went to have navy suit trousers dry cleaned (dirt & yoghurt stains!) and pressed for a cost of £18. Next day service is 25% extra (£22.50)
Good:
- Fairly quick service. Good quality dry clean & press.
Bad:
- Renzaki Dry Cleaners, on the same street, will do the same for half the cost and with next day service often being automatic. I will try them next time.
- Service was curt and impersonal. One leaves with a distinct feeling that they see you not as a person but merely a source of income.
They have a bad customer service ever! I took my Louis Vuitton Safari Shirt to dry clean with this dry-cleaner. It turned out that the wash tag of the shirt was completely ruined. The letters on the wash tag are all faded, not even visible. I sent email to the company to take the responsibility. However, they denied, accusing of the brand's quality(saying that I should contact Louis Vuitton about their product quality) . It's absolutely ridiculous for them to say that. Since I have sent many of my LV shirts , Jackets to other dry cleaner, none of them have ever ruined my items.
I kept sending emails to them but they ignored and never reply until now.
So, I would not recommend any of you go to this dry cleaner if you want to dry clean your expensive items.
They are worst.

Having just had a few of my handbags returned to me in a terrible state from another cleaners, I was weary about giving anyone else a chance to clean my handbags. However, after receiving a recommendation, I decided to give Elias a try. I am very glad I did so.
My leather tote bag was in a terrible state and completely discoloured because of all the oils that had seeped into the bag. Not only was the bag a favourite of mine, but it was also expensive, and thanks to Roxy at Elias, I got back a bag back that looked brand new.
I definitely recommend taking your handbags here. No matter what the price of the bag, no matter the condition, after my experience, I am pretty sure it can be saved!
Best drycleaners I've used so far. Great reliable service where they go out of their way to deliver. Always a pleasure to come back.
