Absolutely amazing service tonight, i was stranded on the m5 one call and within 2 hours I was recovered and brought home. Lovely people, very chatty just what I needed after my car drama today. Thank you so much. If ever I shall have such bad luck again ( hopefully not ????????) I know where to come. Highly recommend

I called Elf recovery to help me out with my car after an unexpected breakdown. They were so helpful and professional, prompt and I felt like they cared about me any my car. They did a great job in both recovering my car and repairing the fault. They kept in touch throughout and added a couple of extra bits to the work we wanted as we changed the goalposts! I really would recommend them very highly
I used elf recovery after being recommended by someone, my experience has been completely different to others, looking at all the reviews they seem trust worthy! at first it was great, they got my vehicle off the road and went straight to work, few things bothered me, when I asked them to send me a price for the works the reply was, well I can charge what I want.... thought that was pretty rude, the second issue was that they got my van working again but now I have no fuel gage, was promised that they would repair this issue as it wasn't there before, after messaging numerous times they have still not repaired it and are now ignoring my messages, I will now have to pay for someone else to repair the work that they can't be bothered to do, WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!
Car broke down and I was stranded on the A303 at 9pm. Not only did they recover my car within the hour; they dropped me off at my hotel, fixed the car, and dropped it back to me the following day. Fantastic serviceI could not recommend highly enough!
I got caught out by localised flooding in East Coker back in early Dec 2023 whilst away on work. Flooded the engine and had to leave the car by the side of road. Elf were very busy with many other broken down/ flooded vehicles but managed to get someone down the following morning and to pick up the car. They took it to their garage and had it back up and running again by that afternoon. They were flat out working through the night and following day to recover and fix many vehicles whilst managing to maintain communications. I would say for the service that they provided they offered a fair price, I would recommend them. Thanks again for being there at my time of need! Keep up the hard work ????
Have used Elf recovery today for the first time. Very quick and prompt service, dealt with a wonderful fella who made me feel at ease especially after having a bad day with 2 cars. Great communication throughout. Would 100% reccommend and great affordability.
Can’t thank these people enough, towed back to the garage after breaking down and helped get the car started again. Definitely recommend, such lovely people. Will also be using for any repairs needed in the future.
