Got 2 excellent part worn tyres, guys were spot on, honest enough to tell me that 1 tyre could last a few months longer and to only get 1, got the 2 tyres anyway as they were a great price, would recommend and will use EK Tyres again, also thanks for the can of iron bru.
So sad for I’ve recommending Ek tyres for friends and family and literally 25 mins to go b4 close my son hit a pot hole with his two children 8/ n 10 years there reply were closing sad u on when it’s raining with bad weather.. will not be recommending Ek anymore and also will be letting everyone know too no stars go in..
Decent part worn-fitting not so good!!
Scraped all round outside my alloy and a gouge
Was told their machine didn’t do it and it was like that before tyre fitted-I hand wash my car and know what it was like before fitting
Take a quick photo of your wheel before the tyre gets fitted for proof and cross your fingers
Unfortunately, my experience with Ek Tyres' staff was subpar. Their service lacked professionalism and efficiency, leading to a disappointing experience overall.
As a taxi driver I like to change all 4 tyres at the same time. Unfortunately, sometimes this isn't possible for a variety of reasons and a part worn tyre is needed to fill in a short term gap.
EK tyres provide excellent quality part worn tyres at a great price with swift service. Happy to use again
AVOID! Rude, terrible attitude, aggressive. Absolutely no idea on customer service. Changed hands / owners since I last used them. Won’t be back and suggest you learn some customer service if you want to stay in business. £45 / £50 for a part worn tyre in my size. Come on. Can buy a brand new budget for £55 and mid range tyre for £65. Last time I used them they buzzed my wheel nuts on so tight I had to use a large breaker bar and pole to remove them. Then had to buy new wheel nuts as old ones were damaged / rounded. Normally only leave good reviews to help small businesses but this review is deserved after being spoken too so badly.

Used to use this place all the time. Won’t be back horrible customer service. Waited 20 mins in the car just be told they didn’t have any tyres that size in stock. Then started getting cheeky when a said al get tyres from another place as they didn’t have any in stock as they needed done for its mot. Lost a loyal customer today. Avoid at all costs
