Worst pharmacy ever, rude staff who don't care, especially the pharmacist Joshi who works here as well as the other pharmacies around the area (owned by the same indian owner) and also works in Parliament Hill Medical Centre...really sarcastic and rude individual (why the GP surgery also employs this clown I can't comprehend!). These indians are appalling! They treat people like they're in their country; they forget they're in the UK!!!
Vikash and the team are lovely, professional and go above and beyond. 4 generations of my family use this pharmacy. I’ve always had a positive experience.
I cannot praise the pharmacist Vik highly enough for all the kindness and concern he has shown to me.
Nothing has been too much trouble and, what with his wisdom and advice, you could easily think you were being attended to by a doctor at the same time!

Appalling service for anyone who experiences Neurodiversity. I've been a regular user of this pharmacy for 5 years and this is the first time I've felt is needed to point out the very bad service. Staff are never friendly and not very empathetic towards people who have to use medication long term. The thing that makes me write this mainly is a situation the other day which occurred where a member of staff failed to put my evening medication in the box. I rightly came in and complained and was met with 'According to our calculations you have received everything' even though I looked throughout the house for them and none were there. I was in the right. If you are a Kentish Town resident avoid this pharmacy.
It is literally the best pharmacy and pharmacist for miles. Always great service. So helpful and friendly and remember each of their local customers too. If only all places were like this. Super knowledgeable staff too. Thanks so much for everything.
Closed 15 min before closing time and they dont pick up their phone. And their employee is just ignoring me while im outside
I went in today because I had a pain in my wrist and needed to get a wrist support.
I came in, had a look, the man asked if he could help, he showed me where the wrist support bands were, offered to measure my wrist to make sure I got the right one and he was so polite!
As a non-Londoner, it is rare to see such good levels of customer service in London nowadays!

Amazing pharmacy with extremely helpful and polite staff. I never feel rushed and the pharmacist is very helpful and knowledgeable. I am glad it is my local pharmacy ????????
