Such a lovely cafe, we came in here for brunch and had such a nice time. Our waitress was lovely- wish we had got her name. Food came very quickly despite it being Sunday lunch. Food was very nice- well cooked and spot on portion sizes. Will definitely come again x
Lovely place for breakfast or brunch. Eggs are surely fresh. Coffee is good. Average prices if not on the high side.
I would recommend this place for new parents and mid-sized groups as there is enough space for a buggy and they have booths.
Probably worth knowing it is not a terribly fast-paced place. It can be slow as I went there at 9am and they said it was 15minutes wait for my food as the grills had just been turned on (even though they say they open from 8.30am).
I’ve had brunch here a few times and the last time i visited i had the pancake lovers and honestly the fluffiest pancakes I've ever had! I also had a chai latte and it was really good! The staff were really friendly and the service was very quick even though they were really busy. 10/10 recommend

We went there for breakfast on the weekend and even though it was busy, everyone was super helpful. I’m lactose intolerant so not the easiest diet. They don’t have any dairy-free pastries, but immediately sent someone to the table to help make sure they made something suitable for me. I had a butter-free version of the Mother Nature breakfast and loved it! ♥️ I’ll go again
We (2 adults, 1 child) don’t live in the area and were looking for somewhere to have a nice breakfast.
We were absolutely delighted with the lovely welcome we received, the food was better quality and selection than you’d normally expect and the place itself is very comfortable and nicely decorated, especially for Xmas.
We’d highly recommend Egg and Bake, both for families or if you’re a group that are looking for a laid back and high quality meal.

Indeed, it is one of the best places to experience with your friends and family. open the kitchen where you can see their cooking process. The kitchen is neat and tidy , fresh food, polite and friendly staff .
