Cannot rely on GP for any help, will not do home visits to elderly patients, just sends you to A and E. No follow up to hospital admission or paramedic calls. Terrible surgery vile GP, everything seems to be asking too much and always feels like a fight to get anything done. A total waste of time.
Very friendly and helpful reception. Always get an appointment. Registered straight away. Doctors also very good.
Absolutely woeful. Rude receptionist that don't pick up the phone stealing a living! Dr Vij came into the health care game for capital gain wrongen. Oh I miss the days of Dr Chakrabati he was elite. These lot are pathetic
Such an incompetent surgery where they are forcing you to come in for a face to face appt when you have a contagious skin condition.
Can’t afford to take time off work and was told if I don’t want to take time off work for my health it is up to me.
Sent the pharmacist a picture of the issue and she still wanted to see me in person to prescribe. I explained I wouldn’t be comfortable given the nature of the issue but she pushed and pushed and pushed.
Phoned again to complain the receptionist I spoke to at the Whitmore Reans surgery was rude and just straight up arrogant (also the one who made the remark about my health and work). They hardly have any doctors in - this is a pharmacist surgery, not a GP surgery.
It’s 2023 and this GP surgery doesn’t even have Zoom calls for patients who are unable to visit/have high anxieties.
Disgusting behaviour and would not recommend at all. Will be switching soon.

TERRIBLE. The receptionists are rude and will argue with you over the phone (if they don't put the phone down on you that is). Takes weeks and weeks of pestering to book an appointment. Seems like there's a huge lack of respect for their patients, and the receptionists aren't qualified to be doing their job it seems. Lack of understanding from some of the doctors, they're quite happy to just get rid of you.

Absolutely terrible surgery, doctor tells you one thing reception tell you totally the opposite. Not nice people there at all. Doctor doesn’t listen to what you have to say your treated like a cow in a cattle market. Would love to change doctors but only one in the area. The only doctor which was nice and took time with you left. Doctor tells you to go somewhere for treatment when u get there your told can’t be seen the doctor needs to give you a ticket. May aswell just be dead. Vile place all they are bothered about is making money
