Always friendly, nice to see a local service station not on a major road,but instead on the outskirts of the town.
They also sell outdoor clothing and footwear too, a godsend for those considering walking the Roman wall path
Me and my wife went to this shop last Saturday and bought a dress. It was in the sale, but we were assured we could return it today if it didn't fit. On returning the dress they were very rude to my wife(I wasn't there unfortunately)and denied making the return promise. An absolute lie. She was then bizarrely sent to another premises to get a refund; but was refused. On returning to the shop, she was once again confronted by very rude staff and forced to exchange her dress for another she didn't like, or leave with the dress that didn't fit.
Extremely disgusted that a local business would lie to their customers and then treat them so badly. Well, your awful behavior has lost you local customers for life, and I'll make sure to relate our experience to friends and family; many of whom live in Haltwhistle.
Congratulations: on your incompetency in parking, looking after and informing your customers about there vehicle, it is up there with the best. Looking forward to receiving your m.o.t. bill as much as I am getting my car back from the body repair shop. V6 APX.
Tried to wash my car this morning. Staff member parked in one of the wash bays, customer in the other who kept topping machine up, I didn't have the time to wait anymore. Lost custom. I'll wash my car elsewhere in future.
Shop is stocked with a varied of everything from a selection of snacks and meals to outdoor clothing for any weather. Friendly staff.
Staff are fantastic here, very friendly and helpful. The shop has interesting items for sale as well as good facilities like air, a vacuum and washing for your car. Also a loo!
