Very friendly, helpful and honest staff (they'll discuss options with you and let you know if something may need to be repaired or replaced altogether. Same with prices, they are very transparent and upfront and let you know the options).
Very quick response, they came when they said they would. They fixed the composite door within minutes and now it's perfect and works as smoothly as it did back in day one!
I am extremely impressed, I highly recommend this place to anyone who lives in St Helens.
The battery to my digital safe ran out and as is often typical the override key has been put somewhere so safe I couldn't find it. Eckersall were able to reassure me whilst in panic mode because my driving licence and passport were in it that the safe could be opened. Sadly they couldn't do it that day but did it the next available day convenient for me. Excellent service
