Okay so I could say alot if bad things about this chemist,,but they have done alot of good things ,the amount of people that use this place is alot ,, I sometimes get miffed when the drug addicts get priority but that's about all
Very bad experience. I came with a tooth infection to ask for an antibiotic without a prescription, they didn't bother to give me help at all, regardless of the fact that for an ear infection you can get an antibiotic without a prescription

Worst pharmacy around very rude people.
Came few minutes before closing for 5year kids antibiotic and I was ignored.
No decency to even speak to customers.
After having to dash across the city just before they closed on a Saturday night to find a pharmacy open and with stock of antibiotics for my Son, I was so relieved that they agreed to take the prescription. It had been a stressful and worry filled day and this was the 4th pharmacy I'd travelled to. Thank you for helping my son, it's much appreciated.

Staff on my visit were proactive, welcoming and very knowledgeable.
Good selection of products available and staff offer products at a variety of price points which is helpful.
Unusually late opening hours (till 10pm) are incredibly useful especially for those living nearby.
The staffs there are all really helpful and would go above and beyond to help you. I have enquiry about supplement and medication today and one of the staffs (I dont know if hes pharmacist or not) but he was so kind and thoughtful to research and later called me back and recommended supplement for my adhd. He didn't have to do that but he did. Really appreciated it!
I went there having a respiratory allergy for which I still do not know the cause, and all they told me is ' Easton is an area with a lot of dust, that's why'. They did not even mention a place to take an allergy test or something similar. Really frustrating, since my gp sent me there to get a possible answer to my symptoms and all I got is this answer
I had an emergency on a Sunday night and after calling 111 was advised to go to this pharmacy - and was able to get something that night for bites - just grateful that I was able to get something late on a Sunday night - - cost of medicine was cheaper than a prescription and tied me over until I was able to visit a hospital at a more reasonable hour for a non urgent case
