Major glow up with the recent refurbish. Great shop lots of stuff. Everyone shop here.
Great shop with a good choice of Latvian, Lithuanian, Romanian and Polish products.
Always check if they charge you the right amount, I was nearly charged three times for one item and only realised because I asked for a receipt as the amount seemed to high. I doubt this was an accident.
Always check expiration date and visual signs of expiration(bloated packaging for dairy products, slimy appearing meat or fish, mold on bread). They don’t remove old products, just bought two items - one almost gave me food poisoning, the second one went straight to the bin after opening.
For the rest the shop is fine, lots of pickled stuff and spices
Good selection of Lithuanian food and the staff are very lovely.
They accepting stolen cards, used 4 times in a row, make sure no pin code needed. All this less then in 5 minutes, more than 4 transactions. We just report them to police and our bank! DON'T BUY ANYTHING IN THIS SHOP!!!!
Keep stocking up on pelmeni and I'll keep coming back. That's the arrangement I have with Eastern European Food Store. That's the deal.
Stolen cards are accepted.
They kindly separate your purchase in amounts of £30 to be able to use contactless with your new stolen card
