Unhelpful staff,failed to contact about delivery payment,sat on my prescription for a week,paid the fee and then told the had not even fully completed the order.All the time giving the impression it was my fault,only seemed concerned about getting their money.
Well placed, tidy pharmacy on the site of the local doctors surgery. Good range of products and well organised. Always been quick to sort prescriptions when I've been there
Staff always so helpful and friendly. I Have been using them for years. Even when they are busy, they always take the time to help any customer. A big thank you to them.
I only use this one because its next to my doctor's surgery and it's open fairly late so I can pop in after I finish work. But every month I pick up the same prescription and every month something is missing. They never contact you if your missing stuff has arrived. Perfect example is today I will be returning for the fourth time to pick up the remainder of this months prescription. I really need to find a better pharmacy
Purchased some unbranded medication for £7.50 that is consistently available at other pharmacies for £4.50 as I buy it for my dad on the advice of his GP. When I questioned the price and asked the lady if she would check she refused saying she knows how much they are because she is responsible for the pricing and have been selling them at that price for a long time. (she is never wrong). I noticed also there were no prices on the shelves behind the counter which is misleading. The pharmacy is selling some unbranded items at the same price as branded in this case Co codamol effervescent generic at the same price as Solpadeine. All other pharmacies in town offer unbranded items at a much cheaper price. I am not convinced she is right and it would not have taken her much effort to double check. Was told in the end that I can shop elsewhere. I agreed that with terrible prices and terrible attitude I would not be back and would definitely not recommend.
Really friendly and helpful staff. Have gone above and beyond on occasions to ensure meds have been ready. Even though my GP surgery is opposite another pharmacy, I always opt to use this one instead for the service.
I have always been in awe at the brilliance and kindness of this pharmacy for their great organisation, friendly and accommodating team....tonight however I am truly upset at the seemingly lack of empathy and understanding towards a situation I had this evening. I popped in to ask for some potentially life saving equipment for my daughters diabetic condition....unfortunately I had ran out and was not aware until it was too late.....I was refused point blank of any help or loans insisting that the new owners would not allow me the necessary testing strips needed to help monitor my daughters and that I must have a prescription as no help would be given.....I have no choice but to change my chemist from today.....I cannot and will not have a relationship with this chemist if they refuse to help.....if I was not able to seek help from my doctor, it would of lead me into hospital for monitoring...all because of a rule that is simply pen pushing and not about the care of the sick! This is a community pharmacy, I suggest the community seek their prescriptions elsewhere....the whole experience was cold, unnerving and shockingly rude....I am disgusted!
Do yourself a favour go elsewhere staff rude talk about you when they think your not listening claim to be experts I assure you they are not also want you to discuss your issues out in the open for everybody to hear and when you say it's private they snub you off everything is over priced by at least £2 go elsewhere for medicines Asda are great or boots even they are cheeper than these Rip off merchants wish I could give it -stars all they care about is profit in an already struggling society
