Medical centre built in converted house, parking nearby possible but difficult. First impression pleasant waiting room not crowded, doctors and physiotherapy appointments there.
Been registered at this practice from birth and now in my 40’s. I need to name 2/3 people in particular as it’s only fair from my personal experience. Dr (mrs) Sejal Shah is an amazing Doctor and very professional person. Over the years she has referred me to various consultants without hesitation due to ongoing medical conditions. Always been supportive and we need more Doctors like her and Doctor (mr) Shah in the community. Also a special mention to Kaushika who works in the office doing clerical work, she has been around for 35+ years at this practise , she served my late father and late mother and always supported them and beyond. She has also supported me and always polite. An absolute gem for EPMP. The only thing is I don’t understand how she is not the practice manager based on experience and seniority! Thank you all named above for always supporting.
Always have a negative experience with the receptionist. Takes forever for them to pick up the phone, only to be greeted rudely. Since the review, they have tried to make better communication with patients but still need a lot to learn!! Forget trying to get an app- you’ll be waiting for a couple of weeks. Never get to see the same doctor. Give your view about the surgery in particular the receptionists you’ll be told that you can leave and go to another surgery! Diabolical service! Needs improving very quickly! No wonder they got an awful rating.

I wanted to express my sincere gratitude for all your support and help on behalf of all my family members and I. You have always provided an excellent service, gone over and beyond to help accommodate us when we are in urgent needs of appointments or medication, doc referrals etc.
You have always been the best. Your service is commendable and I can't express how much impact you have had on all of us in our times of need.
Your whole department have been outstanding and extremely helpful during an extremely difficult time for me and my family. Thank you so very much for looking after our precious family members. You are all so kind, caring and dedicated. Thank you for all the amazing work you do, especially in these difficult times.

Worst service at this surgery. Receptionists are very rude and do not know how to talk. Receptionists are very arrogant and do not help at all. The cost for diabetic reports is very expensive- they charged me £200, compared to others who charge £35. The practice manager also told me if I'm not happy, I can just change surgery- very poor service.
Worst Receptionist. Need to fired the super rude and aggressive receptionist.
Although Dr Pandya is very good. It's just one of the receptionist make the whole surgery looks bad. Hope they change the receptionist.
I am suffering here with pain and went to this surgery years they told me they cant book appointment now as i have to call them online, today in morning i have called them and they pick and said call after 9 but yesterday the lady told me to call at 8;15 i said ok , I called them again and now she is saying appointments are booked i have to call them on Wednesday morning and said u come here and let’s see if we could arrange an appointment like seriously i am suffering with unbearable pain and she is doing drama from yesterday to today . Also , she said i have to let them know earlier like how could anyone know that this day or time pain will start. Such heartless ladies they are ????i have no words , God is watching and one day u have to pay for it for sure thtswhat i am praying
