Fantastic service! Jules went far beyond what was required to get my BMW X5 suspension air pump fixed. His industry knowledge and network reach is outstanding and I can’t wait for the X5 to pack up again so I can visit E-tech and have the pleasure of dealing with Jules and Ed again.

went for an mot - shame i was a little late, i tried to put something in the bin when i got there the mechanic shouted at me”your not putting anything in my bin”
i should have left then ..!
so they failed my car as i expected as i knew a few things needed doing but they picked up on ridiculously silly things - and things that were not even wrong with the car when i dropped it off but were once id picked it up -
they were under the bonnet for about half an hour and the car hasn’t been the same since-
UNBELIEVABLE..

We frequently used E-Tech for our car repairs when I worked in Sawston several years ago. I no longer work in Sawston, but we're pleased we recently booked our car in with Ed, travelling there from Ely, for a new clutch on our car. Very friendly and helpful service and a great quality courtesy car. We'll continue using E-Tech for our car repair needs.
Called in the morning with a puncture repair.
