I had an absolute drama with my car breaking down in Winchester… the garage was so kind to me got the car in the same day all fixed! I was a nightmare customer in a total flap attack ???? thank you so so much for your professionalism I couldn’t recommend you guys enough….. I used Dunford’s Garage after someone collided into the rear of my vehicle. I had never heard of this company before and stumbled upon them when I was searching around for quotes.
They were a little slow at getting a quote to me, however, I’m so happy with the work they had done on my car. My bumper looks brand new, the colour matches perfectly and the price was quite reasonable.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for bodywork repairs on their vehicle.

My DPF got clogged up and didn’t want to spend a fortune to replace it. Wayne acknowledged the urgency and booked me in the next working day and did everything to regenerate the filter. Great and fast service, friendly and helpful staff. Would highly recommend.
Fast service on a job and a van that no other mechanic wanted to touch. They kept me updated the whole way, let me know all the things that would need doing in the future, worked around my work schedule and my van/home is running smoother than ever! So so grateful, will definitely be going back :)
Engine warning light came on Tuesday morning, they got me in that afternoon to try and fix it. Unfortunately it came back on again Wednesday evening - they fitted me in the following morning and replaced my faulty catalytic converter that day and I was able to drive home later that afternoon with no more issues!

I don’t often post reviews these days, but this situation did merit one.
I went to Dunford’s as I was looking for a local reliable garage, after years of driving a fair distance use my regular garage. The reviews on Google were good, so I decided to give it a try. The car needed work on a couple of smaller items (window switch and the windscreen fluid pump). Pump got replaced but they couldn’t source the switch (which I thought was fair enough).
I got charged for them trying to ‘repair’ the existing switch. When I took it to the garage, two of the front windows were faulty. When I collected it, it was all four of them. A bit cheeky, but even then I didn’t want to make a big deal of this. The switch was faulty, after all.
However, I then noticed that the door panel by the window switch was out of place and loose. I had a quick look and it seemed like the panel fixings were broken, probably from when it was forced out. There was no mention of this when I collected the car.
Since then I took the car to another garage to get the panel fixed. They confirmed the panel fixings had been broken.
The only description that comes to mind with Dunford’s is, ‘cowboys’. So be wary.
(P.S. I was even prepared to overlook the fact that after dropping the car off at 8am on the day, I got a call at 4pm telling me the car couldn’t be collected until the next day. Did I mention the two minor things it went in for?)
