Lovely staff, great owner, brilliant wet offering, good prices and live music on weekends from fantastic local artists.

A true traditional pub, friendly and helpful staff, good range of beers etc. Food ok, good value traditional stuff. Car park opposite although you have to pay. Rare to find such a genuine place nowadays, worth a visit, I'll be going back there again soon. Worth a trip to ivybridge for sure. Good stuff.

Great pub, always a good atmosphere, especially with some live music. Beer garden is very good too with a sheltered seating area. Food is also available which goes great with a drink!
Cosy village pub with reasonable prices, outdoor seating and smoking area, regular quiz nights, indoor fire to keep you warm on cold and wet days, food served too they do cracking roast potatoes ????
Great little pub with a fantastic landlord to match! Food is well portioned and reasonable too.
I visited here , on the recommendation of my Son, when I visited him.
I was not disappointed.
The beer is well kept and reasonably priced.
The food is amazing ( again, reasonably priced) and the staff are friendly and helpful.
The Landlord is a former footballer, and is interesting to talk to.
I returned on the Sunday, for Sunday lunch . It was out of this world . I had braised steak , which crumbled in the mouth , and was delicious.
If you're ever in the area , do yourself a favour and pop in.
You won't be disappointed .
