It would be much better if the gentleman injected the covid and flu vaccines by wearing gloves and disinfecting the site of the injection....
Their absence is not very hygienic.
Customer service 1/5 and the shop needs a massive update
I came in to get my prescription and all they seem to do is chat and socialise amongst each other when customers are lining up to be served. One lady took my prescription went to the back I was standing at the counter for her to say something like 5-10 mins wait but she just ignored me and after chatting with her colleagues to then serve the next customer. They really need to massively update the shop it looks tired a bit messy and stock in the shelf always look empty. And customer service need to be improved
Very warm welcoming was greeted very warm and assisted from the onset by all the caring staff great great to everyone
The staff are good and friendly but the service and waiting for your medication is stupid..
I’ve been using this pharmacy for 4 months now. The staff are always lovely and helpful, no matter who is on shift. When I had my first repeat prescription they were great at explaining what I needed to do to get my future issues. Best pharmacy experience in the 5 years we’ve been in the UK. Thank you.
Customer service could do with improving; they seem preoccupied with backroom sorting than serving customers at the front desk. This leads to long wait times even though there is no queue. Communication isn't great either; ranging from poor interpersonal skills to difficulty understanding the status of a prescription.
Ive been using this pharmacy for over 10 years for great friendly advice for various ailments over the years. It's always a pleasure to deal with the chief pharmacist in charge, Pardeep and the staff are always friendly and attentive. They always look after their customers. More than happy to recommend them to family and friends.
I rang for some advice the pharmacist was experienced, knowledgeable and professional and took his time to explain things
