I don’t write reviews but I feel obliged to do so today. My appointment was at 3, I waited 1 hour to see the dentist and the receptionist told me it will take even longer because the current patients procedure was taking longer than expected. I understood and I told the receptionist I had to leave because my day is scheduled and i had to go somewhere else and that if I can reschedule it for another day.
The ladies at the receptionist were all understanding and very helpful and sorry that it took long which I understood and it can happen no problem. But then out of no where an old lady came and had a tantrum at me for leaving and was extremely rude, I asked why are you so angry what happened why are you behaving like this and her reply was because she is the owner and has the right to act how she wants and then turned over to the ladies at the reception and said we cant give me no bookings anymore and then left. She was having a go at me like she was possessed or something and then I left without escalating the situation further because her husband is a great man and and top quality dentist that we respect and have visited for 20+ years but this women is definitely not normal.
Terrible! Absolutely Terrible! Unprofessional staff with a disgusting, rude and terrible attitude. It's shocking how disrespectful they treat their patients - not surprising at all that there are many reviews quite similar to mine experiencing how horrible they are.
They do not care about their patients well being at all. Avoid at all cost!
"I don't usually leave reviews or pay much attention to them, but I believe it is important to inform others about those who don't do their job well. I chose this place because it is Turkish, and I had a root canal treatment there. Even though I felt the need to write this review, I suggest that if you decide to go there, ask them to take an X-ray and show it to you at the beginning and end of the procedure, explaining everything. During my treatment, I was not satisfied at all. They started the root canal treatment without taking an X-ray, and due to my existing pain, I agreed without asking any questions. The treatment lasted approximately two months, but the numbness in my tongue didn't go away, and I still had pain in my tooth. My current female dentist told me it might cause some pain but it would go away with time. After one month, the severe pain started again, and I went to a trustworthy dentist in Turkey. They said that the work done was not good, and the canals were not thoroughly cleaned before being sealed. They showed me the X-ray, and it was evident that the bottom of the canals was not properly cleaned. Now, they will have to remove the filling to reopen the canals, and I will have to endure two more weeks of pain. It's a shame for those who don't do their job properly. Unfortunately, I deeply regret choosing this place. It's a location that should be avoided."
If you care for your health avoid this place! A simple tooth extraction left my dad with stitches in his mouth. They then called my sibling informing her of the situation in a very vulgar and unprofessional way (one that I cannot repeat).
When I called them to understand what had happened, the lead dentist was very rude, patronising and unprofessional to myself.
I work in healthcare and never have I seen such a service with no boundaries and care! AVOID!
Absolutely disgusting customers service, save yourself some time and don’t go there, horrifying communication, the lady at the desk is absolutely so rude, when you answer back to them the way they speak to u, they kick you out. So my point is don’t even bother walking in.
Today I visited this clinic first time and it was perfect;
A clean and healthy environment, friendly and professional staff, specialist doctors, multilingual service in all dental branches. I recommend.
The worse place to go to. The lady who works at the reception, the son of owner and the wife, DISGUSTING.
I’ve never had such a horrible experience in my life, they act very unprofessional when approaching their clients, listen to the rest of the reviews and avoid going to this place 100%.
