We had come here for a family dinner when we noticed hairs on two of the plates. When we informed the staff, they acted quite rudely and did not even offer an apology for their mistake; instead, they accused us of being responsible for the hair. Absolutely awful customer service and a disgusting attitude. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
As I already mentioned, there was literally hairs in the food, so who would eat food that has hair in it. You may but a person with common sense wouldn’t. Just goes to show how disgusting and ill mannered you are!
Appauling service from the workers found 2 hairs in our food and they didn't even offer to exchange it and when we had told them about this issue they tried blaming us telling us its our hair when we had found them in 2 plates strongly recommend everyone to stay away from here disgusting food and service.
First of all learn how to spell, Second of all you take payment before serving food don't try acting innocent just accept the fact your at fault, You were sweating buckets maybe if you had cleaned your head and served food your hair wouldn't have fallen out.
Not only was the food awful, but there were hairs in it! What abhorrent customer service! While I was speaking calmly, the woman was preparing to accuse me of having hairs and responded in an offensive manner. If I could give 0 stars I would.
Free food after those hairs? Your having a laugh mate, and don’t forget you take payment before giving the food so quit acting so naive.
I returned in March 2024. Chips were dehydrated very dry. Kebab was nice, sauces were nice eg chilli, garlic and chutney. Nan was soft and salad lovely. Went here last year from Leeds on a day trip. The guy who served me was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I bought chips and lamb kebabs with salads, sources and nans etc. Really good food. Will return for more take away and might eat in if I am in the mood.

Food wasnt all that. Expected better especially the name dubai. Chicken shawama wasn't all that. I Guss coming from bradford can't expected any better. Place wasn't clean. Never again.
Ordered double koobideh with naan and it was shocking. All falling to bits and very small portion. Not worth the money.
For a quick, good value meal this place is damn near unparalleled. The food is cooked quick n fresh, plenty of flavour, and all for a more than reasonable price. Try the Fatayer
