Awesome, generous and honest company. We (emergency services) pulled into DTE after just hitting a pot hole....damaged steel rim and slow puncture. We thought it best to get an assessment before entering the M40 to travel down to Southampton (didn't want to be changing a tyre on the M40 in the rain). DTE fixed the rim, balanced the wheel and we were on our way in 20 mins.....with no charge! The boss of this company is a legend... kindness is still alive.
After having consistent issues with my Mazda CX-5 and being passed from pillar to post by various garages, my other half contacted Pete from DTE who was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the issues we were having. The car was booked in and DTE resolved the problem quickly. Highly recommend getting in touch if you have any car issues at all, these guys go above and beyond, to help, and are very reasonably priced. Thank you DTE ????
Well why go anywhere else when your in a panic!
I had a puncture in 1 of my tyres & was in a rush for an appointment.
They took care of my puncture & checked all my other tyres in a timely manner to get me safely back on the road.
The manager & staff are so supportive & friendly.
We have used these guys a few times & niw we won't go anywhere else.

Rang this morning due to an oil warning light coming on, was asked to bring it up so that they could have a look at it. Within a few minutes they'd topped my oil up and I was on my way.
Fantastic customer service. Friendly approachable staff who were happy to help. Highly recommend this garage.
I tried last week to change my brake disc and pads on the rear of my car, and couldn't undo 2 bolts each side as they were corroded in place, took my car to the garage first thing Saturday morning to see if they could break the torque and then tighten them back up, "yup no worries, let me get a ramp free for you" was the response given.
