AVOID THIS PLACE....
CAN'T EVEN MAKE A BASIC MILKSHAKE. They need to trained their employees! I asked for ferrero rocher milkshake,instead I got watershake with no chocolate sauce.
I went to this place with 3 other people. We ordered salted caramel cookie dough, Oreo, banana and ferrero bubble waffle and four hot drinks.. I am a foodie I eat out a lot and this place is far better than any other dessert place I have tried in Romford. Their waffle is so fluffy and light everyone was happy with what we ordered. I am surprised its not as busy as it should be.. Highlyyyyy recommend this place and the have an amazing Groupon deal available right now that's how I came across this. Enjoy
Saw all the great reviews so decided to visit today. Ordered the ice cream Sundae X 2 Chocoloco and Cookie Crumble which were amazing. Good customer service and didn't have to wait long for my order despite the place being busy with Uber eat orders. Will be visitng again ????????
I ordered the Hocus Lotus Waffle. Delivery didn’t take too long and waffle arrived still warm! Would definitely recommend. Loved the waffle, however, the accompanied Lotus gelato tasted more like banana than Lotus. I personally didn’t mind but it’s just something to look out for.
My wife ordered on Uber eats and the quality was really poor.
It was disappointing to receive food with such low quality considering the price. Extremely poor quality.
Experience was absolutely TERRIBLE. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Ordered two Oreo waffles which were tasteless. It had very little amount of Oreo and it was freezing cold and dry. Ordered two milkshakes Oreo and banana. It was very low quality ice cream or ingredients. Only gave me £2 refund for an Oreo waffle I didn’t touch.

This use to be my favourite dessert café, I used to come more than 2 days a week.
I called to order today and realised that the management has changed.
But unfortunately, not only the management but also the taste of the food.
I order a waffle and it came burn and also the ice cream came half spoon.
Poor food quality and customer service as I called for collection, and the staff told me that it will be ready to pick up in 15min, went to pick up and I had to wait another 45min.
No worthy for the price. Had to give 1 star because there's no -5.
Absolutely disgusting! The presentation looks lovely, but the the desserts from waffles to brownies to milkshake and ice cream taste like very cheap quality dessert. I urge anyone maybe order just one to try than you know what I'm talking about.
I went with of group of work colleagues we all regreted it, complete waste of money!!!!
