This has been my practice for the last 8 years. I have to say that given the huge number of patients they have to manage, I cannot fault them. Staff at all levels, are always polite, professional, patient , helpful and above all caring and compassionate.
Appointments are generally within an acceptable time-frame.
Yes the building is old an tired but a new, shiny one should be on the way.
So a big thank you from me to all the staff that work so hard for our benefit.

Been trying to get an life saving repeat prescription for my young child, medicine that we have to carry at all times. I've sent two emails, as well as filled out the online forms and tried to register my child for online services. I've heard nothing from them. It's very concerning and anxiety inducing. I will have to go in and speak to the pharmacy face to face. This practice is getting worse and worse. Sad, as there are a few good doctors there.
Can never get an appointment they never get back to after you have filled out there ridiculous online forms.

Listen the doctors are nice and all but the building is not safe in my opinion.
Shut down ground floor AND asbestos signs on ceiling.
Asbestos is dangerous and should not be in a doctors office.

My husband has been having chest pains and went in for tests to be done as its getting more consistent and painful and he was under 30. He had bloods done and had to ring the reception for results. Receptionist told him something was wrong with his kidneys and his cholesterol was 5.2. He then rang back the next day because they hadn't told him what the next step was and it turns out it was his liver that had something wrong and his cholesterol is 5.7!! God knows who's results they were looking at! Receptionists should not be allowed to give out information!!
Rude, arrogant doctors. They refuse to prescribe medications that my consultant is happy for me to take. They instead want me to take a useless placebo. They lack a lot of knowledge but seem to think they know it all - they are GP's not consultants! Don't use them, don't trust them - the worst GP's I have ever known.
Seen chris a training paramedic and would like to say how very pleased I was with his time and patience he gave me. I was re assured we still have got good doctors and the medication I required. Thank you so much for your time. Christine phillips
