Best KPortal Reviews

Disgusting service, I have been waiting for a call back for an appointment for over 2 months . I have used Patches on numerous occasions to remind them about my original request and still nothing . My wife has been waiting over a month for a call back for an appointment too . So myself 2 months and my wife a month , RIDICULOUS We shell be changing surgeries
I no longer feel valued as a customer here.
Staff are full of own self importance. Phone service very poor and diagnostic services lacking in every aspect. Three years have passed since writing the above review I am now 67 years of age and things have become worse, I have been waiting for a physiotherapy appointment relating to a back injury for nearly five months now, the tablets I have been prescribed for blood pressure and cholesterol have had one review in over 2 years and that was at my request.
I have recently received a message via text to a phone I really use now, for blood pressure readings to be sent into the surgery over the course of a week! I have no idea who my doctor actually is because I have never seen the same doctor twice. I wish I had something positive to say about the practice and more specifically the NHS administration processes.
Unfortunately there is no option for ZERO stars.
Absolutely the WORST doctors surgery
So you can no longer call to make a doctors appointment. You have to do it all online because it’s “quicker”, except the “ask my GP” service is ALWAYS offline and the online form I was told to use about a month ago gives you a generic “thank you for contacting us, we will get back to you within FIVE WORKING DAYS”. (At which point I went to see a pharmacist who told me to urgently ring 111… good job Farnham park “health” group). Fantastic. So your only option is to ring. Except you need to make 70-80 phone calls (yes, 70-80), just to make it to the most annoying beeping sound to wait on hold…. Where they will leave you for 25+ minutes (and handily giving you an update on how many people are waiting before you), for them to HANG UP on you, before you even get to speak to Cerberus at the front desk. 112 phone calls today. A collective total of 2 hours and 50 minutes (and counting) on hold, probably to be told that there are no appointments and have a good day. Genuinely the WORST doctors surgery you could ever come across. Do yourself a favour and do NOT register with them, trust me. If I didn’t desperately need an appointment, I wouldn’t be wasting my time and stressing myself out.
It’s not the doctors it’s the administration. The IT system used to triage medical need doesn’t work and the reception staff, probably overworked but nonetheless are hostile and unhelpful.
Getting appointments is not always easy. But this is more a factor of the limited resources in the national health service rather than the practice itself. All of the doctors I've worked with have be thoughtful and done their best to provide the best service they can. The same is true for the nurses. The receptionists are also helpful given the limited time they have to answer enquires. I'd admire them for the patience they show given the difficult nature of the job. The new electronic system makes it easier to schedule non emergency appointments so I can't complain.
Litteraly the worst GP clinic I have ever been too.. ok its the second one I have ever been too but its still appalling! Everytime I need to get my medication there is some issue that makes it take 2-3 weeks of walking up there.. I need to order the meds every 2-3 months and its a 2 hour walk all around so its a real pain in the butt.
Back in December they also said they would refuse to give me a prescription for my hormones or even speak to me, so I had to go to my old gp and ask for help. Thankfully my old one helped but they said its discussing that I was being ignored.
idk if its coz I'm trans needing hrt Meds or if they are just bad all around, ether way this place is bad.
The best practice I've been to. The receptionists are always kind, patient and very helpful. The wait for a doctor can be a bit long sometimes but some apts need more time than others. I never felt rushed at any of my apt ever. I've seen a few doctors and I've been always listen to patiently. Thank you for your hard work.
I can’t give 0 stars but surgery is completely incompetent at least the admin and reception staff are. We have a terminally ill baby and have been failed miserably and multiple times.
I’m waiting for urgent correspondence with either Anne Green or Dr Koh regarding on going issues I am having at the GP practise.
The current issue is causing a delay in obtaining two antibiotics that my son urgently requires. He has Cystic Fibrosis, and currently has two lung infections and is very poorly.
An urgent request for these medications was sent to the surgery on Tuesday 28th September, but the surgery claim not to have received this information. We often have to print letters and emails and hand them into the surgery in person, (even though I have evidence of all documentation having being previously sent)
Yesterday I had called the practise at 11.28 and spoke to Sue Hunter for approximately 9 minutes she told me the prescription was ready at Reception to collect, my partner left his work to travel to get this script so that my son can get this medication ASAP.
However, when he arrived at approximately 12.15 he was told I never called, that Sue Hunter didn’t exist and I was made out to be totally crazy and my partner was told to leave.
I had to call the surgery again and Sue Hunter answered. There has been so much confusion regarding very basic instructions with the practise that are causing unnecessary delays to obtaining very important antibiotics for my baby, he is one step away from a hospital admission. The staff don’t know who their own colleagues are which is totally baffling.
we’ve now had no choice but to leave the practise as time and time again the reception staff ignore my requests, make me feel like an idiot or gaslight me into feeling I am mad. There are ‘missing emails’, items forgotten from scripts and much more.
I was finally pushed to tears yesterday after my treatment by the practise staff. I have made a formal complain previously and Anne Green was more than apologetic about what has been happening to our family, but our treatment has only gotten worse since this.
My mental health is in fact suffering as I have been through a very difficult time with my baby spending over 4 months in hospital as he was failing to thrive.
The GP practise have made my life so much more difficult as a result I am continuously stressed and upset as I have to deal with his prescriptions weekly. I feel no one wants to support us and seem unwilling to listen or help. There is no empathy.
We have now moved practise so we won’t have any more dealings with the surgery, but Charlie’s two antibiotics are still outstanding.
I just want to highlight again that he desperately needs these and is very unwell at the moment.
Although I sent the original email again yesterday (which was originally sent on the 28th Sept) .
My partner will be coming to the surgery today to collect the urgent script, I can only pray it is ready.
I feel I have now exhausted the internal complaints policy at the FPHG, so I am now escalating my complaint with the QCC.
I’m aware that Anne Green was off sick yesterday, (as I was desperate to talk with her to resolve the above)and I gather the above matter still hasn’t been resolved.
If she is still absent today I need one of the Drs please call me preferably Dr Koh.
We need Charlies medication today, as his condition worsens.
We should not have to wait over 3 days for an urgent request. And be treated in the disgusting manner our family has been, we’ve been through enough and the practise add to the trauma weekly
