Any time you need an appointment for either yourself or children, you’re never contacted by Dr Aryomi. This is now the 5th time I’ve had an appointment (phone of course) booked with Dr Aryomi when I called at 8am, and I am still left waiting at 6:30pm. He will then call you either at 9pm or 10pm.
The advice that gets chucked to you is “move doctors if you’re not happy” like other surgery’s are better! They’re all the same. Absolutely shocking.
My 5 year old child has now been in tears with tonsillitis all day today!
Can’t fault Dr Daniella or her husband at all. They have been attentive and amazing but they only work on Mondays and Fridays. So you need to make sure you’re ill on those days or you’re stuck with a doctor who never calls.
Really unprofessional. Would not recommend for any of the sexual health services. Caused me a lot of pain and permanent damage due to not following correct procedure. Eager to give out his number so I could refer a friend!
The Ladies at the surgery are always helpful. My GP, Dr Arayomi is literally a life saver! Over the years, he’s been supportive. He always listens to what I have to say and always gives me a very sound health advice. Much appreciated Sir! I pray for longevity and good health!
Every time I have needed help the whole team here have gone out their way under difficult conditions with covid and staff shortages to be nothing short of amazing. I’m very lucky to have this as my doctors. I can’t imagine there’s a better receptionist team in the country. Compassionate and genuine. They care.
Doctor has no idea what he is doing. He's rude. Has no time for patients with mental health issues, tries to say that medication you've been put on by MENTAL HEALTH DOCTORS AND CONSULTANTS are not good and that you dont need them and refuses to give them to you. Definitely changing surgery. Do not recommend.
Travelled from Tilbury to this surgery only to have an implant fitted at 16:10pm so not registered here however had to wait for over an hour just for it to be done. Honestly not happy with the lack of care for patients attending the surgery registered or not.
I love my GP Dr Arayomi he has always been very emperthetic to my family who are also registered with him. i have alsways found i'm kept waiting on appiontments but he never rushes you out the room so I suppose we cant have it all ways. Tracey on reception is very helpful and goes out of her way to help. Well done Tracey and thank you.
Extremely rude reception ladies. After over an hour on the phone they refused to book a visit for me as per explanation of receptionist she was now dealing with the patient and booking my appointment will take her time. Rude and useless
