Absolutely amazing dessert shop i ever tasted the waffle ???? fresh and tasty, amazing and polite staff, Thank you downtown
They have no customer service skills milkshakes tasted sour as if the milk was off called to let them know and was told they are fine I went into the store to let them taste the milkshakes, they were adamant that they are ok , all I wanted was we are sorry but they were too arrogant to admit they were at fault , the women there was so rude that it was unbelievable soon as I said I’ll keep them and show the hygiene lot all the rudeness turned into politeness never again I will be ordering ,refund was given but that beside the point , if you have no customer service skills you shouldn't be working in this environment

Just had a look at other reviews and it's appalling you have so many reviews stating the same thing about your customer service skills , if you want to run your dessert place into the ground carry on as your headed that way and doing GREAT but if you would like to make this business successful maybe get new staff and if you are the owners running the show then
Maybe you need to sell up and find a new job role as this isn't for you
Not very happy with the service as the shop was advertised as open so I placed an order online but this was never delivered and no one answered the phone either and after 2 hours of waiting I went to check myself and the shop was shut. Had I realised the shop was shut I would have never placed the order as now I am out of pocket. I don’t understand why the shop was advertised as open when it wasn’t and I am usually a regular customer but was left very disappointed this time.
VERY BAD . I ORDERED FOOD AND AFTER A HOUR AND A HALF THEY PLAYED DEAD TO ME WHEN I WAS STARVING AND COULD HAVE GONE ELSE WHERE . They also give you bad bellyache and send you toilet don’t bother waste ur time or hunger everything tasted off and they can’t cook dessert don’t waste ur money they will bring you raw dough for waffles n stuff
One of the best places to order dessert. Great price not over inflated and they have their own website you can order from.

I ordered 4 doughnuts, chicken wings and a potato twister. Doughnuts are cooked in old oil and not properly cooked and taste like something is expired or something don't know but really bad experience and there is water in chicken wings literally water coming from the wings, potato twister is okay but not so good.. 1/5 overall
And when I called the shop, the guy said we are daily cooking like this etc didn't even say sorry or anything.
