Absolutely amazing service, we couldn't be more grateful, thank you!!! A puncture on the 2nd day of our holiday seemed to be a bit of a downer, but it was fixed and back on the road in the day following a drive in enquiry and what was evidently, no hassle at all, even though they seemed to have plenty of other jobs to be getting on with. Absolutely fantastic service from this gentleman. I had an idler pully seize on my Transit motor home while on holiday in Wales, managed to get to a petrol station in Machynlleth that could not help but asked a customer (a driver for Travis Perkins) and he said I should go to Dovey Autocraft and gave me directions.

When I got there the owner looked at my engine and confirmed it was the idler pully and immediately phoned for a replacement. This was about 9:15am, unfortunately, they would not be able to deliver until 1:30pm. He then said his wife was in Aberystwyth shopping and he would ask her to pick it up.

We left it with him while we went and had a breakfast in a cafe in the high street at about 10:30 he phones to say it was all ready.

This was great service from this gentleman who, from the amount of vehicles in the garage was very busy, and I would have no hesitation in highly recommending him.
