Lady on reception smily and friendly and also aided me, i use sticks to walk, to open a heavy door into waiting area. Did wait much time over appointment time. Guided out after appointment via easier exit point near car park. Thankyou to all i met and saw during my time here
Was referred here for dental work due to dental anxiety. Assessment went perfectly, I missed my initial appointment due to confusion re. times but they were able to give me a new appointment the same day. I was slightly apprehensive but the reception and dental team were amazing at helping me relax. The dentist, Luke, was fantastic at talking me through everything and we devised a treatment plan going forward.
I received my first Covid jab here and currently awaiting my second, the place is well organised and the staff/volunteers are professional and friendly. Highly recommended, many thanks to all involved :) Update: I received my second Covid jab here in August, everything was well organised and the staff/volunteers were lovely yet again, many thanks to all and to our NHS :)
Just got my jab done here. Was really well organised. We were in and out in about 25 mins (including the 15 minute wait that accompanies the Pfizers vaccine) social distancing at all times and lots of hand gel. All very professional
I went today for my son to have his tooth removed. He was very scared and crying and refused to do it but the staff there Annie and Carol calmly talk to him, reassured him that there was nothing to worry about. He did it without having to use the gas and for him that was the scariest part. that was down to the lovely staff. Thank you for looking after my son.
Excellent service from Sue Gassor the Practitioner Nurse, kind helpful and professional, and a credit to the Practice.
Update, apart from the Nurse, the rest leaves much to be desired, no care doctors, with one who thinks he's another Doc Martin, virtually impossible to get to see someone, and just a general no care attitude. The same goes for the Pencester surgery which is part of the setup, and all would not be out of place in a third world country.
Update, although it's now easier to see a doctor, my wife had a Ring Pessary inserted incorrectly by a female part time doctor, resulting in an infection which is now being treated by a more competent doctor.
