As a petrolhead I've had quite a few cars over the years am all too aware of how important a genuine and reliable mechanic is. Dougie is also very approachable, does the job quickly and for a fair price.

Got my car MOT'd here after being recommended by my Dad. Really happy with the service that I received, also chatted to another customer at the time, she had come in with a bit of an emergency. Emergency was dealt with straight away ( the lady had a very young baby with her). Literally they dropped everything else to get her and her baby safely back on the road as quickly as possible. I've used Dougie Reid for more than 10+ years and on at least 3 or 4 cars now. He is the most reliable honest tradesman that you could hope to meet with a wide knowledge of cars and motors. He can actually fix problems on a car rather than taking the lazier and costlier route of replacing as so many other do. You get a detailed bill at the end so you know exactly what has been done on your car.
