A family run Italian style restaurant. Whatever you order will include sledgehammers of flavour. The Mozzarella and tomato based dishes are served piping hot, most prepared in the pizza oven.
The service was brilliant, humble, courteous & attentive.
The Dooties experience with leave you with a smile on the Chevy Chase and your taste buds in A&E.
Really great food. The garlic bread is to die for. They had vegan cheese too. My pizza was delicious. Loved the intimate gin bar as well.
My very first visit to this excellent new...ish restaraunt in Hollins, Bury. The garlic breads we had for starters were really good, which boded well for the mains. Most of us went for pizzas and others for the lasagne and all were freshly made with fresh toppings right in front of us. Drinks were very reasonable with a good wine selection and service was top notch. An eatery I wholeheartedly recommend and one we will return to.
Thank you Dooties for making our Daughters Birthday a great day!
Fabulous homemade pizzas. Great service by the welcoming staff. Family run so very family friendly.
Brilliant new gin den if you just fancy a drink.
I going to need a 2nd visit as undecided had pizza but for me I found it could have needed a few more minutes in the oven there is nothing worse than a soggy pizza but on saying that it did taste nice the tomato base on the pizza I was unsure of tasted like shop bought tomato sauce our pasta dish tasted the same but hey ho we not going to write it off just yet noticed a lot of gins in the place but could have had some good craft beer
First visit on Saturday evening. It’s got a really lovely atmosphere and trendy decor. I wasn’t surprised at the limited menu and would rather have less choice done well to order, than mass produced and lots of choice. The pizza was very authentic and excellent and if I want a take out pizza in future it would be my first choice over Pepe’s or Mezalluna, but as far as eating in we are unlikely to return. The three stars are for the quality of the pizza only.
We ordered our starters one of which they had run out of and we had to choose something else. I appreciate the staff are young but they need to be aware it is a definite no no to remove empty plates from one person while the other is still eating. Also they were far too liberal with the the table cleaning spray. The place is only small and we could taste the stuff. Thankfully we didn’t have our food otherwise I would have felt it had settled on the food and wouldn’t have been able to eat it. What’s wrong with a discrete spray onto a cloth? The final nail in the coffin was the lack of a dessert menu!!!!!!!! We were told the only dessert was chocolate cheesecake, very poor! Sad, as we eat out often and really wanted to love the place.
Great little pizza/Italian restaurant. Owners are English and doing a great job with the food. Really cosy interior and atmosphere and very welcoming to children. My granddaughter loves it. Separate Gin bar with huge selection for gin lovers. I would recommend a visit
If you like pizza, you will love this gem of a place. Owners who actually speak to you and a very warm welcome always greets you. But try and ensure you book prior to your visit as they are usually busy, great aromas whilst waiting for your food and a fantastic selection of drinks.10/10 for me
