By far the best vets around (their Newbury surgery is also exceptional). The vets and staff all truly love and care about the animals and treat with the best care possible. They’re honest and for the care I am happy to pay their pricing! Gave the most respectful send off for my elderly cat on Wednesday and I cannot thank them enough for how wonderful they were. Thank you lovely Tadley team!
I've been with Donnington Grove for many years. The same reception staff are still there and always so friendly and helpful. Always see great vets too. Highly recommend them.
Donnington Grove Vets are so wonderful. They are all so friendly there and you can tell they really love and care for animals. They have been great with both my cats. Sadly, we had to put down our very elderly cat a few weeks ago now. They did everything they could to make her last moments as comfortable as possible. Also took paw print and fur samples so we could have something to remember her by. Definitely recommend making them your vets. Thank you for all your hard work.
Got a call to say our cat had been hit by a car and died. I went to the vets and she was indeed dead as first told. No bringing her back from the afterlife unfortunately.

Good vets, poor necromancers. 5 stars.
They are very friendly and compassionate about all the different times I have been there over the years with all of my cats.
Called them about a blackbird with an injured wing, unable to fly. They were really helpful.
We were unable to catch the female blackbird and she disappeared under the fence to a neighbour's garden. Called Donnigton Vets to explain and, again, they were really good.
Have seen the blackbird since and she seems to be doing ok.

Really lovely staff. Even after moving to a different area I stayed with them for another two years. Unfortunately cost of living forced me to move to a very closer to home. Definitely the best vet surgery in Tadley.
I am leaving this practice due to a move out of the area. I and my dogs will miss Donnington Grove very much.
There is too much to go into, but nothing is too much for the caring staff and vets here.
I can only recommend 5 stars. But really, I would say it’s 11. Definitely 11.
