Excellent service! I rang a few garages in the morning and none could slot me in, rang through to Donisthorpe Auto and though already busy very kindly slotted me in for a diagnostic within 20 minutes! Very fair price and will absolutely be recommending this garage!

I brought my vehicle into Donisthorpe auto services for new shock absorbers coil springs drop links and track rod ends and also an anual service.
Customer service was brilliant and was even offered a beverage whilst I waiting.
The work undertaken was brilliant couldn't fault the work at all. The mechanics are very friendly and very responsive with any other issues they found and even offered to show me the issues they found.
I would highly recommend this garage and their services.
Came here for a quick checkup as my airbag warning lights kept coming on in my Mercedes! Had it checked here and the issue was resolved super fast and easy. Not even Mercedes could clear the warning! Haven’t had any issues since. Great that it’s so close to home too
Friendly and accommodating garage willing to work with their customers to get their cars sorted and back on the road as soon as possible. After an issue with my car occuring while on the way home from work they were able to take a look and repair the issue then and there without an appointment. Later booked my MOT and further work to be done here. Highly recommend.
This garage is second-to-none! I genuinely can't fault them. After taking my car to another garage who failed to diagnose the two problems I was having (or even rule anything out for me), the lads at Donisthorpe knew straight away and were so knowledgeable about general known issues with my specific car. They fixed both issues no problem and their prices were far less. I've just had my exhaust start blowing badly, got a meeting to be at this afternoon - they've dropped me home (as it was raining), are getting straight on it and are going to drop it back for me so I'll still be on time. They've done my MOT and service too. Service you can't fault by top-notch mechanics who are genuinely wonderful guys.

Dean has been amazing! We first used Donisthorpe auto as we have a Mitsubishi no other garage would touch as the parts required are dealer only. He came and collected my car once the garage had closed and went above and beyond for us.
Dean is all about sustainability and was able to help keep the part on the car with repair.
I have since used him several times and believe I have now found a garage for life.
Having used previous garages that try and extort you because you’re female I fully trust Dean and the team at donisthorpe auto.
Honestly the best experience I've ever had with a garage/mechanic, really friendly and helpful. My fuel cap was jammed stuck and someone came out within the hour and had it sorted 5 mins later! Cannot recommend them enough! Thank you!!!
