This is our go-to pharmacy if we need anything. I love how quick the staff is. Once we were prescribed a cream for my baby, none of the pharmacy around had it, only this one could sort us out less than one day.
Also, the flu jab here is the cheapest I found in this area. It is only GBP 15 for that whilst Boots is 19.xx and the one next to Asda is 20. No need to book, just walk in. It only took me around 10 mins to get my flu jab done.
This is by far the best pharmacy i have ever been to. They are so caring and understanding. They went out of their way to help me to sort out my prescription.
They have also delivered my medication on many occasions when i could not make it to the pharmacy. Which i was grateful for.
I was shocked by the last review. They know me and my family by name which makes me feel very welcomed. All my family have transferred to this pharmacy. They provide a personal and professional service.
There is a national shortage of medication in the UK, some people need to update themself with the current affair before leaving a review.

My husband is a kidney failure patients and most of the time his doctors can not spend time and explain certain procedures and medication he has to take.however the pharmacist and her team always make time for him and alway attend to his questions and queries on a regular basis.

I am on a repeat prescription but the medicine on my repeat prescription is not available with the pharmacy most of the time. I have been told that the medicine would be available on Thursday but I am still waiting for that Thursday.
There have been multiple occasions when I went to the pharmacist with a prescription but I was not given the medicine because the person who was trained to dispense prescription drugs wasn't available. A key role deliverable for a pharmacist is to dispense prescription drugs and here we have a pharmacist who cannot dispense prescription drugs on being presented a prescription. This has happened on multiple occasions.
The staff are least interested in providing quality service to their customers. They don't care. They are aware that they have not been able to provide me with my repeat prescription for several weeks but are least bothered. I have lived in multiple cities in the UK. This is by far the worst pharmacy.
The best team in any pharmacy I have been too. lucky enough its oyr local. The team and in particular the pharmacy manager give exceptional customer care. After 2 years the least I can do is leave a review for them as they deserve all the praise . thank you all for your care and attention to detail. Wingrove family .
I cannot praise the staff at this Pharmacy highly enough! I have been using them for my repeat prescriptions for many years and they have never let me down. In fact they go above and beyond. It is always a pleasure to go into the shop and be greeted personally and with huge smiles. I’ve been coming to this pharmacy for years even though I moved out of the area but am happy to travel back over to collect my prescriptions.
The ladies here are amazing!!! They are always so friendly and happy to help out. They always greet us with a smile and accommodate certain requests on a professional level.
I refuse to go anywhere else and why would I when these ladies are great!

Visiting this pharmacy is the highlight of my day. The staff know me by name and sight. I do not have to say anything and they already prepare my prescription. They are so cheerful and friendly not to mention on a professional level they are so accommodating and attentive. In this day and age it is good to know that there are people who go above and beyond to ensure that their customers receive a good service. These girls have received a place on my Christmas present list!
